Should you choose to return a product in unopened and sellable condition, we will happily refund the original payment method when returned to Customer Service within 30 days of purchase. This guarantee only applies to products purchased on MicaBeauty.com.
Note: All carts, kiosks, and stores selling Mica Beauty products are independently owned and operated. If purchases are made from these vendors, please direct all issues and complaints to where the purchase is made.
IMPORTANT: WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN OF OPENED OR USED ITEMS!
If you return any opened items we will not be able to accept your return and additional shipping will apply to return the opened, unsellable item to you. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
Please note that although we have tried to represent our shades as accurately as possible, the actual colors you see will depend on your screen and skin tone.
How to Return or Exchange an Item:
To return/exchange a MicaBeauty.com purchase within 30 days of purchase: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping instructions for your return package are as followed;
- Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the consumer.
- Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return/exchange. We suggest you ship via a traceable service to ensure delivery.

- Upon acceptance of your return, the price paid for the product will be refunded to the original credit card of payment.
- Exchanges will be done for the product(s) of your choosing that are of equal value and available on MicaBeauty.com.
- Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable.
- MicaBeauty.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the MicaBeauty.com returns office. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.
If all conditions are met, the exchange or store credit will be met; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items. There are no exchanges or store credits on international orders.
